Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include covering non-invasive cardiac diagnostics, inclusive of ECG, Ambulatory monitoring, ECG interpretation and analysis and assisting in the following: Exercise tolerance testing, Head Up Tilt Testing and Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing.
Maintain professional conduct at all times and work well within the team environment to support and meet the departmental vision and objectives.
Adhere to Trust, professional and local policies and procedures to ensure evidence-based quality diagnostic provision and reporting.
The post holder has a general duty of care for the health, safety and wellbeing of work colleagues, visitors and patients within the hospital accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act of 1974 and all other relevant legislation in addition to any specific risk management or clinical governance accountabilities associated with this post.
