A leading facilities maintenance company is looking for an experienced fabric engineer to join their mobile team covering sites between Crawley and Seven Oaks. You will be required to carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

    • This position is a Monday to Friday role working on split shifts, you will rotate between 7am-3pm and 9am-6pm with plenty of flexibility.

    To be successful in this position you must have experience working in a commercial environment and be knowledgeable on the following;

  • Plumbing – flushing, descaling shower heads, changing sinks, pipework
  • Water treatment (L8)
  • Patch work
  • Painting and decorating
  • Tiling
  • General building maintenance

    • Other requirements

  • 5 years minimum experience working within building services
  • Ideally plumbing background
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work well independently
