High-volume Recruiter

Oakleaf Partnership are excited to be supporting an investment consultancy in their hunt for a High-volume Recruiter. They are looking for someone to look after their Early Careers roles and work in a high intensity, transactional environment. They are extremely open with this role and are happy to take someone on on a contract or permanent basis, from 40k to 55k. They are also happy to take someone on on a remote basis or are happy for someone to go into the office as much as they want in Central London. Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment life cycle with a strong emphasis on candidate experience

  • Source active and passive candidates using various recruitment channels

  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews and assessment techniques

  • Support their Campus Recruiter to enhance strategic partnerships with universities, organisations and student groups using data, company initiatives, and business unit needs as the selection criteria

  • Lead diversity initiatives by identifying underrepresented talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to engage talent

  • Develop and implement active sourcing strategies for recruiting graduate hires

  • Sustain data integrity accurate within Applicant Tracking System

  • Work with team members to ensure KPIs are met as an individual and as a team

  • Develop and manage consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and provide a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and partners

  • Requirements:

  • 6 months + of experience managing either volume or early careers recruiting initiatives and creating tailored strategies to attract talent

  • Demonstrable success of direct sourcing candidates using various channels with a grasp on the end to end recruitment life cycle

  • Skilled in candidate assessment including phone, virtual, and in-person competency based interviews and assessment techniques

  • Analytical and data driven with proven track record of achieving graduate hiring targets and KPIs

  • Involvement with diversity, inclusion and belonging programs and/or hiring practices

  • Highly developed organisation, presentation and project management skills

  • Desire to enhance candidate experience at every opportunity

  • Thrives in a fast paced and highly collaborative atmosphere

  • Open to feedback with the capacity to implement changes to make professional improvements

  • Experience working globally is a plus but not essential

  • Familiarity working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, HRIS)
