Key Responsibilities

  • Providing IT services and resolutions to all products, services and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across the entirety of the business.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers for escalation of production issues ensure all terms and conditions are respected.
  • Maintain logs on all events, warnings and alerts.
  • Ensuring all information remains classified.
