Our leading UK banking client is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to join their team, please see the details of the role below.

Location: UK (hybrid/remote working)

Duration: 6 months initial contract with potential extensions

What you’ll do:
You will provide analysis of change records within the bank to provide value to stakeholders and lead in the definition and realisation of solutions, processes, benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities and modelling the organisation.

The skills you’ll need:

  • Familiar with ServiceNow.
  • Familiar with banking systems and technical landscapes.
  • Confident in change management processes.
  • Data extraction and manipulation.
  • Managing change conflict/change schedules.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
  • Payment systems experience (desirable).
