Day Support Worker Required – full time & part time positions available – 8am-3pm & 3pm-10pm on a rota basis

Role Overview:

Parkbrook Lodge is set in the quiet rural area of Denstone, Uttoxeter, which gives the home a calming atmosphere for the people we support and the scenery enhances the staffs’ working day.

The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful. All the people we support at Parkbrook Lodge are individuals and they all have a varied, active social life. The activities range from ballroom dancing to going to Premier League football games. Staff also accompanies the people we support on holiday in this country and abroad with no extra cost to staff. Furthermore, we also strive to ensure the people we support are as independent as possible in all areas of their life. Is it rewarding? Very. Can you make a difference? Yes you can.

Requirements:

For Support Workers in this location, no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
