Key responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the TruNarrative product suite to provide valuable insight and guidance, and implement technology solutions by presenting, analysing, problem solving, configuring, and servicing the systems which support both internal and external processes.
  • Make technology recommendations by balancing internal guidelines, client demands and internal stakeholder capabilities, while working to ensure accuracy in information and data exchanges.
  • Gather and understand client requirements for systems by asking the right questions and documenting details to configure our systems, liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Write functional and technical specification documents to a high standard.
  • Analyse and understand each product to measure the impact of changes
  • Ensure client satisfaction with implemented solutions and conduct system training and client demonstrations.
  • Attend meetings to represent technology and assist in the sale of new clients.
  • Attend stand-ups and planning/review meetings as required.
  • Work in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Plus, any other reasonable management instructions as required for the business.
  • Required Skills for the Role:

  • Experience in a Product or Business Analyst roles.
  • Experience writing technical documentation i.e. technical specifications
  • Ability to understand technical language i.e. REST, JSON, SOAP, XML and accurately communicate to non-technical staff.
  • Analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, sourcing technical solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen eye for and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously.
  • Ability to react well to rapidly changing requirements with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Experience of working with a development team and receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in order to meet client performance guarantees and service level agreements while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Other Preferred Job Requirements:

    Education: A Graduate or Professionally accredited individual with an understanding of technology and how technology solves problems within commercial organisations. 

    Personality: An individual who takes pride in their work and is motivated to deliver, whilst being comfortable collaborating as an integrated team member.

    Experience: Proven, practical work experience in a relevant business and/or role is preferred, understanding of Data, Credit, Fraud and Financial Crime is desirable but not essential.
