We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our lovely client in Ledbury. You will be the first point of contact for your customers; providing an outstanding service and positive impression of yourself and the company!

Key Tasks:

  • Arrange deliveries with customers to assist the company in reducing transport costs
  • Book in deliveries with customers
  • Check the release of back orders with customers
  • Keep customers up to date with deliveries
  • Raise returns/collections
  • Work with the admin team to resolve invoice queries
  • Provide technical support
  • Raise noncompliance report’s, working with the quality team, to resolve customer complaints
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00
