A Management Accountant is required to join a fast-paced international business based in High Wycombe. If you are a finance professional who is fully qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or QBE, then this broad role could offer an excellent step in your career with a internationally recognised brand.

This is a critical role within the wider reporting and controlling team and will directly support the Financial Controller.

The Role

In this Management Accountant role the main duties will include:

  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly reporting for multiple UK entities
  • Assist in the preparation of group and local statutory accounts and liaising with auditors as required
  • Oversight of transactional teams (AP and AR) and monitoring their output
  • Assist in the development and testing of internal controls
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and systems wherever possible
  • Document standard operating procedures for key tasks in the Finance department
  • Responsible for maintaining the fixed asset register and associated accounting

Your Profile

The successful Management Accountant will be an experienced finance professional who is fully qualified or Qualified by experience. You will be keen to learn and develop your skills and have the confidence to work independently and suggest improvements. Experience of management and financial reporting would be beneficial.

Our client is a growing international group within the media sector with its headquarters based in modern offices in High Wycombe. You will be part of a UK finance team but have exposure to divisional operations teams as well as finance colleagues across the divisions. Salary & Benefits

This Management Accountant role will pay £50,000-£55,000 per annum plus benefits. Parking is available at the office or the office is connected by public transport links.
