A dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager is sought to join this ambitious technology company located in Salford Quays Manchester.

It is due to expansion that an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the business with its next phase of growth has arisen. Providing a range of technology services to its clients to include infrastructure, cloud solutions and IT support, the business is on a growth trajectory and requires an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to work closely with the leadership team in taking the business forward. This is a new role and would suit someone keen to really make this their own.

With an excellent infrastructure this role will give you the opportunity to focus on developing and taking ownership for all internal recruitment processes with a focus on being proactive in building the company’s brand through PR and Marketing to attract talent. In addition you will undertake the following;

  • Attracting talent through various methods such as networking, social media and marketing
  • Succession Planning by identifying and targeting future talent for internal pipelines
  • Developing a network of contacts internally and externally
  • Interviewing and screen potential candidates
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Working closely with hiring managers and HR to create job descriptions
  • Hitting weekly activity targets and objectives
  • Managing and maintaining internal recruitment systems
  • Supporting and coordinating internal managers in talent acquisition
  • Develop the brand with education settings to attract apprentices / future candidates
  • Responsible for all aspects of recruitment process and position fill deliverables

You will have the following;

  • A minimum of three years in a similar setting, ideally you will have internal recruitment however an agency background will be considered
  • You will have a proven track record in successfully creating a talent pool and building a strong network
  • Strong communicator both verbal and written
  • Proficient Microsoft Office User
