The Role
Contentious Probate Solicitor sought to join a growing, national department based in Southampton.
Litigation is at the core of this firm and they are ranked highly across the L500 for their specialisms in contentious probate, professional negligence, commercial litigation and more.
The litigation department within this team is home to several specialist lawyers in contentious probate space meaning you will be working closely alongside likeminded individuals whilst handling a HNW caseload. This team focuses on a broad array of contentious matters including; estate disputes with regards to capacity, 1975 Act claims, advising HNW individuals, charities and banks and much more.
In this role you will be expected to run your own caseload with administrative support coupled with modern case management system.
