About the Role
Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Reading Specialist/Learning Support Assistant to support the school in its delivery of an effective reading plan across the school. The role will include a range of responsibilities as well as delivering and leading regular and appropriate 1-2-1 interventions in reading and to support pupils to increase their reading at subject level and at home.

This post may suit those who wish to progress in to a teaching career. Induction, support and training will be offered to the successful candidate.
