UX Designer – Contract – Outside IR35 – Hybrid working

My leading client are looking for a skilled UX Designer to be responsible for the creation and improvement of clients online and offline products and services.

You will be required to carry out research to understand the diverse user needs of the business/audiences and to evaluate the design of products, services and applications.

Deliver best of breed UX and interaction design solutions that meet the needs of the clients audiences
Help define and deliver best practice and processes in UX design

Help design, develop and coordinate guidance and governance for UX design practice
Contribute to the UX team staying at the forefront of UX best practice exploring new tools, theory and techniques
Work alongside other capabilities and business owners in multi-disciplinary product and project teams.

Influence, coach and up skill team members across the organisation to help embed user-centred design thinking and approaches
Be responsible for and actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the UX team
