What is Loop?

Loop is a zero-waste shopping platform featuring everyday products from our favourite brands, in fully renewable packaging. A first of its kind solution to tackle single-use packaging. From disposable to reusable.

Loop was launched in May 2019 by TerraCycle, which has been eliminating the Idea of Waste® since 2001 by recycling the non-recyclable and reducing disposability at its source. Working with many of the world’s largest consumer brands (including P&G, Nestlé, Unilever, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola,…) and some of the world’s largest retailers (Tesco, Carrefour, Kroger, McDonald’s, Burger King, …), it is a groundbreaking step towards the end of single-use disposable packaging and the beginning of a circular economy for the consumer goods industry. Loop was launched in 2019 and is now available in the US, Canada, France, the UK and Japan, adding new partners to its global reuse ecosystem every day.

Job Overview 

We are looking for a self-starting, resourceful, highly organized and team-focused Senior Marketing Associate with experience to support our fast-growing operations in Europe. They will integrate Loop’s Marketing team located in the European HQ in West London, and report to the VP, Marketing + Platforms, taking responsibility of our digital marketing activities for all our European markets

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading the execution of Loop’s key digital marketing channels in the U.K and France, namely social-media and CRM 
  • Leading the management of Loop’s e-commerce platforms: product and content upload, writing product descriptions and site optimization.
  • Managing conversations with brand partners on all digital integration or promotional activities.
  • Managing content updates of the Loop app based on user feedback and business priorities.
  • Managing content updates of Loop’s corporate website, exploreloop.com
  • Making recommendations on improving our Loop’s web platforms’ SEO
  • Ensuring a strong brand message is implemented consistently across all digital channels
  • Submitting creative briefs for assets featured on Loop’s website, CRM, and social media, working closely with our design team.
  • Identifying actionable insights from Google Analytics and key eCommerce metrics
  • Reporting monthly on the performance of marketing activities undertaken and making recommendations to adjust our digital marketing strategy accordingly.
  • Managing relationships with senior stakeholders working for Loop’s partners

Requirements/Skills:

  • 3+ years experience working on digital marketing strategy 
  • Passionate about sustainability, digital communication channels and marketing
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Instagram, Facebook, MailChimp, AppStore Connect, Google Play Console, Google Analytics, Contentful, Localise
  • Self-starter and proactive, you can work independently, request support when needed.
  • Ability to work within a team, in an international working environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with different functions
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities
  • Solutions and results oriented, self-taught and keen to learn
  • Creative thinking mixed with the ability to drive insights from data
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills (French would be a plus)
