About The Role
Community Integrated Care is currently seeking three dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for three Service Leader (level 1) positions based in Gateshead.
You will be responsible for the overall supervision, quality assurance, monitoring, regulatory requirements and day to day management of the staff team. The successful candidates will also be responsible and accountable for the overall management of the Service, ensuring that all aspects of support and service delivery are focused on meeting the needs and preferences of the people supported. You will also be committed to person-centred planning and positive risk taking.
The Service Leader (Level 1) will report into a more experienced Service Leader (Level 3) within the region who will work closely with them to upskill and develop them in the role.
