  • I’m interested in speaking with applicants who have experience providing application support or working with bespoke software. Great communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment are essential. Full and ongoing training will be provided.

    It would be advantageous if you had prior experience supporting any of the following:

  • Any level of Technical Application support
  • Web/ Mobile Cloud based Applications
  • Troubleshooting with; HTTP, Unix, Infrastructure, Web Applications (Apache, Node.js), Firewalls and load balancers
  • Cloud-based platforms
  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide application support and act as first responder carrying out level 1 triage to inbound customer incidents.
  • Responsible for Incident Logging, providing business impact assessment, reporting, incident notifications and escalation
  • Troubleshooting, providing 1st line fixes and escalating incidents as required, ensuring they are resolved within service level agreements
  • Carrying out proactive and meta data monitoring checks across the OTT product to ensure maximum possible up time.
  • Being the point of contact for escalating issues when necessary
