: UX Research Associate
Location: UK, London, Kings Cross
Duration: 12 months
Onsite Working Schedule: 3 days from the office, 2 days remote
Applicable Bonus : Company Plan (Yearly)
Salary: £50, – £60, per annum
Project Overview:
The candidate in this role will help support UX research for product launches through usability testing, surveys, concept testing, and other research methods. Also, this role will help support pre and post launch research efforts for device launches.
Overall Responsibilities:
Be a part of an iterative research team
Assist in planning, conducting and analysing user studies such as usability lab studies (both in-person and remote), surveys, diary studies, etc.
Evangelise and communicate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Support the research happening on the team.
Mandatory:
BA/BS degree in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science or other related fields or equivalent practical experience.
Industry experience conducting user research or organising projects
Experience with a range of qualitative research methods and analysis techniques.
Experience with large scale surveys design and analysis.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Desired:
M.A/M.S./Ph.D. (in progress or completed) in Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Product Design, or other field
