Job Description

As the Delivery Lead -Sales Order Platforms, you will be the technical lead for numerous delivery squads. These delivery squads will be comprised of both internal and external resources. You will be responsible for working with key finance and business stake holders to ensure the solutions delivered meet the business and financial compliance needs, customer excellence and facilitate singularity of execution (SoE) across the Informa businesses. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Deliver best in class Sales Order and Billing Capabilities for Informa Markets. This includes:

  • owning the solution architecture, prototyping, proofs-of-concept, solution design, blueprint of the project;

  • Ensure a scalable solution that meets overall business requirements; provide design authority and oversight throughout the full project lifecycle;

  • provide relevant guidance to business stakeholder and Product Manager based on current product capabilities and previous implementation experiences;

  • engage and communicate with business stakeholders across multiple Informa divisions; raise concerns, warning or red flags early;

  • Be recognised as a functional expert on the Order Billing Platform; 

  • Champion delivery excellence and identify and drive improvement opportunities.

  • Be ambitious and proactively pursue professional growth and development activities. 

  • Manage the Technical delivery of integrated solutions and technologies. These technologies include, Salesforce products and APIs, LWC, Amazon Web Services, and integration/ETL technologies 

  • Liaising with the Markets business leaders to understand the ordering requirements 

  • Manage and lead technical delivery squads across multiple technology stacks. 

  • Lead delivery championing a DevOps model. 

  • Management of integrated applications and third party suppliers including 

  • Coordinating enhancements/upgrades with external vendors. 

  • Follow Agile development methodology to drive and deliver functionality on a regular cadence with data-driven feedback loops. 

  • Validate and check all information security aspects of the applications are being handled. Managing workload of all offshore development teams and provide guidance where necessary to ensure the develop

  • Skills Required 

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform in design and delivery of e-commerce capabilities. Strong knowledge in the development and design off line order management and integrations to ERP applications 

  • Salesforce platform experience, particularly in Sales Cloud. 

  • Salesforce certifications, including certifications on the Salesforce Application Architect track 

  • CPQ OR Billing & Finance domain experience 

  • Understanding of Lightning framework, Apex, Javascript, DevOps and integration Patterns 

  • Desired 

  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and vendor delivery. 

  • Experience in using Jira & Service now and working in an agile environment. 

  • Experience working in an Events/Exhibitions and Media Business.
