Our client, a fantastic employer based in Stoke Poges, is looking for an experienced PA to join them and provide support to the Chief Information Officer and ad hoc support to the wider IT team.

We are looking for an experienced PA who has supported at C-level with strong organisational and communication skills.

Main responsibilities

  • Maintaining electronic diaries, including updating calendars and contacts using outlook, for CIO
  • Organising conference / video calls
  • Co-ordinating meetings, compiling agendas and taking minutes
  • Arranging travel for the CIO
  • Processing travel expense claims for CIO
  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries
  • Compiling presentations and collating meeting information for CIO / Lead Team Members
  • Keeping records up to-date / filing / hard copies / MS SharePoint & photocopying
  • Approving team holiday requests / recording team sickness and CIO holiday dates
  • Generating requisitions and receipting goods/services within SAP
  • Reviewing and maintaining the mobile phone bills monthly and liaising with relevant department heads
  • Security clearances administration for IT resources
  • Point of contact for staff IT issues and queries and directing them to the appropriate person/department
  • Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in a PA or secretarial role, at C-level
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
  • Confident, able to work on own initiative
  • Good IT skills in MS Office, SAP desirable
  • Able to juggle a busy workload
