Planner/Scheduler

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for 2 work Planner/Schedulers to join our busy/forward thinking/high performing/ambitious Business Support Team.

The role will involve hybrid working moving, there will be a requirement to attend work in our head office in Birkenhead several days a week.

Role type: Permanent, working on a full-time basis working 37 hours per week.

Salary:  £29,700

About the Role:

The role of the Works Planner / Scheduler is to co-ordinate the housing repairs computerised appointments process, schedules for property repairs and the planning responsive repair requests ensuring that all appointments/ programmes of work are scheduled with the repair planning or void planned works completion time targets set.

Planner/Scheduler Requirements:

You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential and to be able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must and ideally you will be fully proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.

The office /depot is easily accessible from most transport links with just a short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes. Free parking is provided to staff either on site or nearby.
