Robert half have partnered with a leading sports marketing company who are looking for an energetic Office Assistant based in Camberley, Surrey.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the People & Office Manager and the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the Office running smoothly.

What you will do in this role:

* Assist with general office and business administration

* Provide support dealing with suppliers (IT, Telecoms, Stationary, etc)

* Support with the management of filing documents using Sharepoint

* Assisting with organization of the office

* Support in the organization of inbound/outbound post requirements to the UK and Internationally

* Support with the ordering of staff IT equipment, clothing, office supplies etc

* Assist with arrangements for staff events

* Support on internal communications and giving our staff the best employee experience possible

Desired Attributes:

* Great team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude

* Positive with an approachable attitude and a willingness to learn new things

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

* Tech savvy with experience in Microsoft
