Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hybrid Working – Rotherham – Capita House Park

Salary: £19,371 per annum (pro-rata)

Hours: Full Time – hours per week.

Shifts scheduled within the operating hours below, working 1 in 3 Saturdays

Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm. Saturday 8:30am – 2pm

The role

As part of our Southern Water Team, you will support their customers with a wide range of, first line enquires. Taking calls in a contact centre environment, both virtually (from home) and in our ‘in person ‘offices.
