Compliance Administrator – Bristol BS9 3HQ

Salary: £24,000 per annum plus potential for on call earnings

Noble live-in care is part of the City and County Group and we are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the team.

The main duties of the role will be:

Support the live in service on the day to day administrative requirements to ensure the safe and compliant running of the service.

  •  You will be required to support with management of the Electronic Call Monitoring System, including following up with HR process if required with care workers not following the process. 

  • Ensure region is up to date and compliant with training, following HR process with care workers if required and report any risk to Regional Manager and Care Coordinator.
  • Payroll Duties – generate starters and leavers forms ahead of payroll cut off, adding in the details of incentives or adhoc payments. Follow up and support with staff payroll queries.
  • Recruitment administration including interviews, reviewing return to work documents, DBS’s, chasing references, booking candidates into training, including accommodation. Keeping the system up to date with DBS, Training and return to work documents – including the expiring for existing care workers. Provide weekly recruitment status on time to hire, pipeline and upcoming training sessions.
  • Collate and circulate customer and carer compliance reports for the region weekly.
  • Manage carer worker’s absence and sickness in line with HR process including sending letters and holding meetings.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as file creation and maintaining files for new and existing clients and carers.
  • Managing and supporting with Covid compliance including grants, PPE and collecting tests results for the region.
  • Ensure travel/expenses/agency spend is accurately captured and up to date daily
  • Complaints/Events analysis monthly.
  • Minute meetings internal and external.
  • Support with break cover solutions for new/existing clients (contacting local branches for their support/capacity).
  • Activities reports to be run and sent daily to the team.
  • Co-ordinating the roll-out of new joiners’ compliance.
  • Weekly report collation (hours, starters, losses, risks and events for the week).
  • Assisting in the production and collate of monthly reporting on compliance, events, Business Development activity retention and new business reports.
  • Support with the management of care worker and branch expenditure for expenses inclusive of travel arrangements and accommodation.
  • Relationship manager of the Care Agency- On boarding of new agency clients onto the system.
  • Be part of the on call roster which includes an additional payment of £540.00 per week
