We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team based in Stockport – Regent House on a 6 month fixed-term contract.

The salary on offer is per annum £28,000 – £38,001.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of in-house/outsourced services in all aspects of operational facilities service provision. A key focus will be the management of compliance for all sites within a portfolio. In liaison with the Facilities Services Managers who have ownership of the account and contract management function, the Facilities Coordinator is to ensure services meet the needs of colleagues, patients and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation and statutory requirements.

You will ensure that the premises and the facilities functions that are delivered support the full operation of tenants clinical and non-clinical services, and provide a helpful and courteous service for patients, colleagues and customers.

You will apply specialist knowledge across several disciplines to ensure all facilities and non-clinical site services continually improves the quality of the services they provide to patients, clients and others, to meet local and national initiatives and comply with all policies, procedures and legislation.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Relevant qualification in Facilities Management at degree level or equivalent proven experience.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification or relevant equivalent health and safety qualification.
