The Role

As a team member, you will be providing support for females with mental health issues, learning disabilities and autism.

On a typical day you will be;

  • Helping with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, washing and cooking.
  • Participating in activities / hobbies, trips out to the cinema or going on holiday.
  • Encouraging our people to live an independent life within their own home and the local community.
  • Administering medication as required.
  • Completing daily care plans.
  • Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and protecting the adults rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
  • The Person

  • Passionate about care and want to make a difference, previous experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • A positive and caring nature
  • Energetic and understanding
  • Ability to adapt to difficult situations and be resilient
  • A good sense of humor
