More about the Role
The Technical Administrator (Supply Chain, Industrial Gases) is based in Hersham, Surrey, or Basingstoke, Hampshire. You will report to the Liquid Bulk Performance Manager. You will support 20 colleagues in the performance management team in the production and supply chain within the Industrial Gases organisation, across multiple EU countries.

You will ensure that accurate data is maintained both from an engineering and financial perspective, company administrative work processes are completed in a timely manner and quality documentation for the teams are maintained and updated in accordance with the required review dates. By doing so, you will contribute to our key values of safety, operational discipline, and quality.

LOCATION: Hersham , Surrey, OR Basingstoke, Hampshire

As the Technical Administrator, you will

  • Complete financial work processes accurately and in time (ie. expenditure authorisation requests, project creation and management within SAP, capitalisation and asset disposals, intercompany asset transfers)
  • Manage updates to training packages and other engineering documentation in our document control systems (SharePoint, websites and other document management systems)
  • Support project work, follow up with vendors and internal teams on progress, manage translations, raise purchase requisitions and receive goods and services in SAP
  • Report on progress of some tasks
  • Collate key performance indicator data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis as necessary

    • As the Technical Administrator, you already are or have

  • A Levels or equivalent professional experience in similar roles (as an administrator or an engineering admin)
  • Ability to work with teams both in the office and remotely
  • Experience with document management
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to process data from multiple sources to complete a task
  • A self-motivated independent worker
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and pivot tables
