Role

:

  • Based in Birkenhead
  • Salary: £ 19,.00
  • Dealing with basic Customer enquiries – No sales or cold calling
  • Full-time (37 hours per week), overtime available
  • Working 5 days out of 7, rota given 4 weeks in advance
  • Operating hours: Mon-Fri: 8AM – 8PM; Saturday:9AM – 5:30PM; Sun: 9AM – 5PM
  • Weekends – able to work 1 weekend in 3
  • Excellent training and development
  • IT equipment provided
  • Experience, Skills, and Attributes

  • Excellent Communications & Customer Service Skills with people at all levels
  • Ideally previous experience within a telephone-based environment
  • Professional approach at all times
  • Great written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy a busy environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Attention to detail – crucial
  • Need to be able to pass standard DBS and CCJ checks.
