Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to help shape the future of our organisation. Reporting to the Director of HR and Customer Services, you will play a leading role in shaping and delivering the Workforce Plans, with a particular focus on Workforce Change and Organisational Development to cover: –
Strategic and operational leadership of the HR Workforce Change and organisational development (OD) capability.
Designing and implementing fit-for-purpose organisation change to align organisational strategies and structures.
Implement our workforce vision and strategies by leading on HR Services with Portfolio Leadership Teams
Manage the Learning, Development & Talent Service, aligning strategy to business needs, driving OD and culture change.
Strong commitment to, and understanding of, how equality, diversity and inclusion enables an organisation to be successful
You will work alongside other senior leaders as well as be a critical member of the HR leadership team. We are seeking a person with experience of:-
Leading and delivering major transformation, OD and culture change through agile and responsive people management strategies
Working with other senior leaders across a complex organisation, using your influencing skills to build credibility and support
Leading and developing a team of specialists for high performance and a positive culture consistent with our values.
You will also be skilled in:-
Leadership and people management skills to motivate, coach and develop team members for high performance
High level communication and collaboration skills to present, influence and represent the organisation
Collaboration skills to build relationships, navigate politics, manage conflicts and resolve complex HR issues
Business management skills to understand strategy, business functions and decision making
Strategic workforce business planning to ensure all relevant parts of the organisation work in harmony to deliver organisational success
