Audit, monitor and review all Estates services across NHS Lothian to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, technical guidance etc.

Undertake surveys and inspections, providing expert technical advice on all elements within the above function.

Assist in the development and implementation NHS policy & guidance in all areas of specialist responsibility.

Monitor, update and review Statutory database (SCART).

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
