Our client, a vibrant and exciting company with fantastic offices, is looking for an Online Customer Service Executive to join their lively team. Amazing opportunity!!!

The successful candidate will be dealing with enquiries from the general public via Live Chat, Email, and Social Media helping them to purchase products, answer general enquiries and take payments. Occasionally you will also be contacting customers via telephone to speak with them directly.

The successful candidate will be customer focused, able to work under pressure and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

There is a shift pattern for this role which will include some evenings and some weekend working.

Duties include
* To handle enquiries from the general public and corporate account customers efficiently Live Chat, Email and Social Media
* To escalate any complaints where necessary to Senior CS Executive or Escalated Care team
* Ensuring that any un-resolvable supplier issues are escalated to the Senior Escalated Care Executive
* Ensure that any call-backs are carried out efficiently
* To support the Manager in working towards ensuring the team and company targets are achieved
* Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Skills/Experience
* Good communication skills both verbally and written, excellent grasp of English, spelling and grammar
* An attention to detail with the ability to prioritise
* Proven experience within a Customer Service background
* Good level of numeracy and working knowledge of Excel
* Very good level of written work and proficiency with Word
* Ability to work on owns initiative as well as a proactive team player with hands on approach
* Highly organised
