Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruiter Position overview:

  • The successful candidate will Lead the Talent function and drive dynamic business growth. It is a brand new role and you will be responsible for the full recruitment remit and support the senior stakeholders in their recruitment needs to scale up the business.

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs in all departments
  • Source candidates directly
  • Run end to end recruitment process
  • Managing relationships with recruitment partners
  • Conduct salary bench-marking and market research
  • Headhunt senior candidates
  • Set up systems in order to manage a regular flow

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Personable and approachable nature
  • Motivated and self-driven individual
  • 3+years recruitment experience

Additional Information:

The company are operating a hybrid structure.

London Office location – Bank, London.

Benefits:

  • Basic Starting Salary £60,000- £85,000 based on experience
  • Company Benefits package
