A growing manufacturing brand based near Wantage are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their service delivery team, offering excellent career opportunities and salary circa £44,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)

The Role

As Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll work in a team of Supply Chain Analysts supporting service calls from the business. Responsibilities will include:

  • managing service calls relating to supply chain issues/problems
  • ensure documentation is maintained and updated
  • troubleshoot supply chain problems working closely with internal & external stakeholders
  • provide management information
  • support delivery of supply chain projects

About you

Applicants for the Supply Chain Analyst role will have:

  • prior experience working in a similar supply chain support role, covering sales, logistics, purchasing & manufacturing processes
  • have used an IT helpdesk software (e.g. ServiceNow or similar)
  • preferably have exposure to ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards, SAP or similar)
  • excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Salary circa £40-44,000 plus excellent benefits including hybrid working, bonus and generous pension
