Support Workers and Complex Carers (NOR42377)

Care and Support Work with a DIFFERENCE

Are you a care or support worker looking for a new challenge? Look no further.

Perhaps you’re fed up of travelling from home to home, feeling rushed, without enough time to spend with your clients?

At Prestige Nursing and Care Manchester branch, all our homecare visits are 4 hours minimum, often more than this (up to 24 hour shifts), giving you enough time to provide the care and emotional support your clients need and deserve.

Not being offered enough work at your current role?

We support over 100 clients across Greater Manchester, working with multiple CCG’s and major law firms to provide expert care in the community and we have new referrals coming in all the time. You will never be short of work that is different and rewarding.

Maybe you don’t feel you are paid enough for the work that you do and the amount of time you are required to spend at work, much of it travelling around in your car?

We pay a minimum of £10 per hour(inclusive of holiday pay), potentially rising to £17 per hour for certain clients, with mileage and expenses included and the work we have to offer is interesting and varied – everything from community support work to patients with complex medical needs like brain or spinal cord injuries.

Not content with doing basic Care Work and want more?

The clients we have are more young adults and children who have had life changing accidents. So you get to help people re-build their lives.

Concerned you don’t have experience delivering complex care?

Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with these types of clients before, we employ a team of complex care nurses, who can provide you with the training you need to meet the challenges of the role. All you need is 6 months care experience, a driving licence, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Sick of Joining a new company and not being paid to complete initial training?

Once you have completed your FREE training with us you will receive a £50 signing on bonus. You will then receive another £50 PLUS a refund if you have paid for a DBS check, once you have worked 100 hours.
