As the successful Marketing Manager you will be reporting into the Head of marketing and working alongside two other marketing managers.

As the Marketing Manager you will thrive in this role if you are very pro-active, thrive in a growth hacking environment and have a proven track record of growing client numbers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritise and execute the most effective brand building activities for both short and long term goals
  • Build a framework for increasing inbound lead generation
  • Help define our content strategy & find strategic partnerships
  • Manage the end-to-end process of planning and delivering innovative digital media content across multiple channels (social media, paid search, partner networks)
  • Promote our brand and services to relevant start-ups, entrepreneurs, forums and events
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our partners and clients
  • Work with external agencies to gain insights and identify areas for improvement
  • Offer marketing services to our clients

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to balance macro and micro thinking
  • Great analytical skills and focused on hitting clear, measurable goals
  • Great copywriting skills
  • ASO experience is highly appreciated
  • A good eye for design as you’ll be working closely with our designers.
  • A great commercial understanding
