Cornell Court is a Later Life living service providing 24-hour support for people aged 55 and over.

We work within a framework of person-centred care, engaging individuals in active support and focussing on community participation. The main duties will be to build good rapport with service users, provide emotional support, promote daily independence and wellbeing, as well as offering support with daily living tasks and personal care.

No previous experience is required. We will support you with a comprehensive induction and provide ongoing training and development with the option to gain qualifications.

As a requirement of the role you will be working on a rota basis including weekends, early mornings, afternoon shifts, sleep ins and waking nights.
