Mechanical Design Engineer responsibilities include –

  • Help with the ongoing design of prototype and existing products.
  • Communicate with all teams on site to help ensure that a quality service is delivered.
  • Ensure that customer requirements and project time-lines are adhered to.
  • Provide the relevant technical training on new products to both staff and clients.
  • Keep abreast of new industry tools, techniques and technologies.
  • We’d love to hear from you if you have the following –

  • Experience working within a similar role.
  • Up to date with modern day manufacturing processes.
  • Confident liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Fully conversant with software packages such as Solid Edge, Solidworks, Siemens NX.
  • Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering education (HNC/HND), or relevant training.
