We are currently recruiting for Pickers to work for one of our companies based in Ash, Canterbury.

This position will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions.

The pay rate for this position is £9.50 – £10.25 per hour (dependent on weekly bonus)

We are looking for staff on an ongoing basis to support through the peak periods.

The position will involve:

  • Working flexible hours to work around you
  • Be able to adapt to the diversity of the role
  • Picking fresh produce from the orchard
  • General maintenance
  • Leafing the plants to take them down to an acceptable level for regrowth

    • The ideal candidate:

  • Be able to work well on your own as well as part of an established team
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills to keep a track on amount picked
  • previous picking experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Working well on your own as well as part of a team

    • Possibility of a full time contract for the right candidates.

    Hours available between 6am and 4pm.
