The Director, Project Management, IRT will join our Interactive Response Technology group where you will be adding value through leading a team in delivering successful solutions, building client relationships and working towards a culture of project group excellence.

The Role:
* Provide leadership to the IRT Project Management function; managing teams of IRT Project Managers and driving the success of the group through planning and execution

* Effectively co-ordinate and manage the IRT activities of large cross-functional multinational studies / programs of studies in a manner that ensures all timeframes and targets are met, quality is maintained in accordance with GCP and financial targets are met through regular review of costs and project resources
* Provide expert IRT and project management input to support and drive new business opportunities

* Act as the leadership client contact for designated client relationships, and develop successful working relationships with clients

* Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive such initiatives
* Manage department headcount; support staff recruitment and retention initiatives as required and manage costs
* Inspire and develop your team through people management; provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports
* Demonstrate your executive presence, delivering updates to senior management
* Build an environment to enable employees, add towards our culture and drive the group success

* As a member of the IRT leadership team, ensure high visibility and growth of IRT

You will need:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, science or equivalent experience in Clinical Research; with IRT experience being a distinct advantage across a wide array of therapeutic indications.
* Minimum of 10 years Project Management experience
* A track record of successfully leading large, global cross functional projects; strong domestic and international project management experience
* High level of integrity and can inspire to the demands of the highest standards from a professional and ethical perspective
* Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
