Our Audience Experience team delivers exceptional customer service to further enhance our arts and learning programme.
Responsible for Centre Management, Box Office, Access and Licensing, the team promotes the Barbican, maximises revenue generation and ensures a welcoming, friendly, and safe environment is provided to all visitors.
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated person to join our Audience Experience Crew team. As part of the Crew, you’ll support and work together in all aspects of manual handling including setup of all commercial Barbican event and conference spaces, setting of staging, movement of pianos, furniture and marketing materials across the Centre.

Please note that this role involves fire evacuation and first aid. This role works on a rota basis over 7 days per week to ensure sufficient cover during operational hours of the Centre.
