Key Responsibilities
A diverse group of administrative processes and procedures on behalf of our Operational, Financial, Sales and Executive teams.
Management of PPE orders.
Provide support of PQQ and tender documents.
Responsible for arranging medicals and D&A bookings.
Responsible for arranging and booking training for staff including CSCS, confined space.
Responsible for looking after the monthly expenses process.
SHEQ updates for new suppliers and contractors.
Monthly credit card reconciliation.
Managing correspondence within tight timeframes.
Screening telephone calls, enquiries, requests, and handling them when appropriate in a confidential, professional manner.
Raise queries as necessary and monitor responses. Raise any unresolved issues with your manager.
Providing Administration support to the business.
Travel arrangements – Making extensive travel arrangements.
Arranging staff accommodation.
Communicate effectively and efficiently, while maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues.
Dealing with queries from company employees, clients, and management.
Any other duties as required by the business.
Requirements
5 years plus experience of running an office.
High level of attention to detail.
Experience of working in a busy administration role.
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures.
Discrete with a high level of integrity and trust with confidential information.
Highly motivated with an ability to organise own workload and drive results and work independently.
Excellent administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Ability to identify and propose improvements in efficiency to current Processes and procedures (Continuous Improvement)
