Calibre Search are looking to speak with qualified to senior level building surveyors for a highly established consultancy based in Warrington.

They have become quite the retail specialists having numerous national branded clients secured who they offer a range of high level architect design, project management and surveying services. You will be part of their growing building surveying/project management department offering a range of professional surveying and project management duties looking to deliver on a range of multi-million pound alterations, refurbishments and fit outs across the region.

Excellent position for any building surveyor looking for clear progression, exciting projects and to be part of a social bunch who all support and drive each other to deliver the best service they can.

Requirements/duties:

  • BSc in Building Surveying or a RICS Accredited degree ideally.
  • pre-acquisition surveying
  • Design Specification and Contract Administration
  • Post qualification experience within Building surveying environment
  • Ability to establish a good working relationship with Clients and colleagues
  • Self motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Good communication and customer skills
  • Ability to demonstrate flexible approach to work
  • A knowledge of current legislation, e.g. Health & Safety, CDM, Building Regulations,
  • Offer stock condition/Acquisition surveys, show Auto CAD skills, Dilapidation work and excellent inspection work.
