The post holder is an associate in the Global Financial Control function which operates on a centralised basis across multiple jurisdictions.

You will be part of a team of over 40 finance professionals and will connect to them via a suite of Microsoft products including Teams and Dynamics 365 Nav and Business Central.

You will be responsible supporting the delivery of accurate and insightful financial information to key stakeholders. Duties include supporting the accounts receivable/account payable ledgers and assist with ongoing projects within the team as well as co-ordination of local Singapore regulatory filings.

Recognising that a significant part of the role will involve client billing and revenue management, the post holder will report to a colleague who has global responsibility for billing across the Equiom group.

Your New Job

Working in this role, the responsibilities of the role will grow and adapt to changing needs and demands, however below are the core duties of the role, which is not exhaustive;

Client Billing / Revenue Management:

  • Production invoices both locally and globally especially for Hong Kong.
  • Review and post timesheets daily both locally and globally.
  • Update Time Recording and Billing section of Navision.
  • Liaise with clients and internal members of staff with the distribution of final fees in a timely manner.
  • To assist with day-to-day finances within the global billing team.
  • To assist with yearend finances and the production of responsibility invoices.
  • To assist in projects as and when necessary, e.g., migration of billing system.
  • Posting of cash receipts
  • Aid and support documentation to auditors.
  • Generate guides and instructions for processes within the credit control team.
  • Posting cash receipts

Other Financial Control duties

  • Support closing the books monthly.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Account payable tasks such as making payments, dealing with expenses, and assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with MAS for 6
  • Other ado duties as required by the Financial Control team and indeed the wider Global Finance Team
