JOB TITLE DIGITAL SURVEYOR (DS) SCHEDULER

LOCATION Central London – Office Based

DURATION 12 MONTHS

Working hours will be weekly alternated shifts of 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm

We’re looking for a Digital Surveyor (DS) Scheduler to join our DS team. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling and organising the daily workload for a team of Digital Surveyors. The team are tasked with capturing key data and imagery of properties to allow us to create digital assets for our customers. Your role will be to effectively manage a high volume of diaries and appointments to plan and optimise the workload of the Digital Surveyor team. You will use industry-leading hardware along with propriety software so an interest in technology is a plus.

THE ROLE

As a Scheduler, you will:
* Provide Administrative and appoint scheduling support, regularly liaise with your colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.
* Map and schedule the daily jobs for the Digital Surveyors and manage multiple dairies (48 hours in advance of appointment).
* Act as a key point of contact and escalation for colleagues and customers.
* Schedule appointments and manage clerical duties where appropriate.

You must:
* Be comfortable being based from the office and remotely
* Be available to work between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm every second Saturday.
* Be confident speaking to colleagues and members of the public and be fluent in English.
* Be numerate with self-organisation and time management skills.
* Possess excellent diary management skills
* Be smart, presentable and professional.
* Have excellent administrative skills, including diary management.
* Possess excellent attention to detail.
