Digital Support Manager

We are looking for a collaborative and customer-focused Digital Support Manager to join the Data & Channel Excellence Team (within the English business division).

The Role

This is a varied and challenging role focused on managing and developing our digital marketing platform and customer contact database. In addition to deepening our knowledge of our target audiences a key part of the role is to enable global and regional marketing teams to get the most out of our marketing platform, supporting them to use the tool efficiently and effectively.

Knowledge and experience of working with digital marketing platforms and customer contact databases is essential. A strong collaborative approach and customer focus is also necessary and an ability to prioritise tasks also being a key requirement.

About you

You will have experience of working in a B2B and B2C marketing environment, as well as a sound understanding of the wider principles of digital marketing. You will be a team player who enjoys working, supporting, and collaborating with a variety of colleagues and who is also comfortable working autonomously.

You will have an ability to creatively solve problems and have an enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement. You will be required to engage with a broad range of stakeholders to showcase our digital marketing capabilities to build advocacy and adoption across the English product group. In depth knowledge of GDPR and its principles is also important as you will be a champion for data management best practice.
