Our client, a market leading manufacturing company based in Coleshill requires Machine Operators for an immediate start, with position leading to permanent after a successful 12 week trial period. Benefiting from a 4 and 3 day working week (on a weekly rotation basis) and with full training provided within a clean factory environment.

The general duties will involve a variety of roles across different machines on site ranging from monitoring and adjusting the machine cycles and conditions to achieve optimum performance and quality.

The successful candidate will also be expected to perform a variety of other tasks as required by business needs within the factory area. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to learn and progress within a busy and growing company.

    • Shifts:

  • 18:00 – 06:00 (Monday to Wednesday)
  • 06:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Thursday)

    • Rate of pay:

  • £10.53 Per Hour
  • £57.69 Per Week Shift Allowance
  • Total rate of pay Including Shift Allowance is £12.13 Per Hour working 18:00 – 06:00 Monday – Wednesday
  • Total rate of pay Including Shift Allowance is £11.73 Per Hour working 06:00 – 18:00 Monday – Thursday

    • Overtime (after full weekly hours worked):

  • £14.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
  • £15.79 per hour – Saturday
  • £21.06 per hour – Sunday
