Summer Pool Attendant – Rhinefield House Hotel & Spa

We have an opportunity for a Pool Attendant to join our team at Rhinefield House Hotel & Spa working from May until the end of September 2022 overseeing our outdoor swimming pool area and the changing rooms. 

This role involves working between the hours of 9.30am and 6:30pm. This is a part time position, working 2 or 3 days a week, to include weekends on a rota basis. 

This role will involve making sure the changing rooms and pool side areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, ready for our guests to enjoy whilst they stay with us this summer. You will also be required to conduct regular pool water tests for the safety and wellbeing of our guests. 

You will take orders from our guests for food and drinks, upselling and recommending items from our menus and you will help to ensure these items are prepared and delivered to the guests for them to enjoy. 

About you:

  • You will have a positive attitude and will enjoy interacting with people, making their day and delivering high standards of service
  • You will be self motivated – someone who can see what needs doing without having to be asked or prompted by others
  • Ideally you will have some waiting and customer service experience from a previous role and an 
  • You will be available to work 2 or 3 days per week on a rota basis to include weekends between May and September 2022
