Responsibilities

:

*To manage secretarial workload that may arise within the Machinery and Business Asset department or wider business;
*To provide first receiver service of incoming telephone calls for department and deal with accordingly;
*Specific involvement in the running of online auction sales to include catalogue creation, processing of images, approving and liaising with registered bidders, raising and issuing of invoices, overseeing the collection of monies and monitoring of client account, implementing the booking system for auction buyers and liaising with company site personnel;
*Involvement in the creation of email marketing using the MailChimp platform;
*To assist with the marketing activities of the Machinery and Business Asset Team and the business to include booking of advertisements, preparing of adverts and liaising with marketing house;
*To arrange travel and accommodation for the team in line with business policy;
*To arrange meetings and appropriate requirements and facilities such as meeting rooms, refreshments, and equipment;
*To attend meetings as directed, take notes, and provide a 24-hour turnaround on minutes and any action notes;
*To ensure that good client relationships are in place for all Machinery and Business Asset Team projects and to liaise the Partners as required;
*To attend and arrange business functions as directed;
*Attending weekly team meetings and taking full notes, updating of marketing schedule, fee schedule and jobs list and circulating after each meeting;
*Produce PowerPoint presentations for the business to exhibit to clients;
*General secretarial duties including audio/copy typing, document scanning and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times;
*To ensure compliance with and advice as appropriate with full due regard to all Health and Safety and Environmental matters.
*To encourage and contribute to the necessary constructive interface between the companies Machinery and Business Asset, Commercial Property, Property Management and Residential departments.

The successful candidate will need to be extremely organised, with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be a team player.

This is a role for someone who likes to be kept very busy, working in a fast-paced environment, having ability to multi-task and adapt to various situations quickly and efficiently.
