We have a great opportunity to join a company that has been winning awards since . They are passionate about developing and retaining their staff and are looking to recruit an experienced generalist HR Advisor to cover a maternity contract until October .

As the HR Advisor you will take responsibility for providing support in relation to absence and health, conduct and capability, TUPE, employee relations and structural change. You will also analyse weekly and monthly KPI’s, taking appropriate action and making recommendations when required, whilst overall supervising and guiding the HR team.

The successful candidate will be diligent, self-motivated, and proactive and must have a CIPD level 5 qualification as a minimum. Basic understanding of employment law is also essential. There will be the opportunity to undertake your CIPD level 7, which the company will fund.

This position is office based, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm and you will receive a £2, bonus on completion.
