Would you like to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis and help them access the curriculum?

If so, tradewind can help! We are working with a fantastic primary school in the heart of Wellingborough who are looking to take on a full-time member of staff on a long-term basis as soon as possible or in September.

The school:

This is an inclusive, caring school where every child matters. All staff recognise that all children have talents and abilities to celebrate, and part of your role is to help children to discover these. They have three classes per year and welcome pupils from the local community who require additional support.

If successful and you meet the criteria below then you will be responsible for supporting a pupil in KS2 with additional needs. The pupil has severe learning difficulties, an education health care plan and requires 1:1 support on a daily basis. The student has no behavioural or physical difficulties, however, is working at a lower level and requires an experience member of staff who can support for this academic year with the potential to carry there on.

  • DBS on the update service or willing to complete one asap
  • If you meet the criteria mentioned, please send your CV by applying via the link and we will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
