About the role
Balfour Beatty Vinci have commenced the full detailed design and construction of both schemes. Balfour Beattys in-depth expertise of delivering critical major infrastructure across the world will combine and complement VINCIs global capability in high speed rail and expertise in UK rail infrastructure projects.
Preparatory works have started with main construction to commence in earnest in the second quarter of 2021. All sites will be fully compliant with UK Government guidance for safe working practices in relation to social distancing.
With this in mind we are preparing to mobilise people across Temporary Works from PC Temporary Works Coordinators to Lead Designers to Drainage Design across the Construction Industry ideally from an Infrastructure background for potential roles.

Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) is responsible for designing and building part of the most exciting and challenging infrastructure project in Europe: HS2.
We are building the West Midlands section of HS2’s Phase One route, spanning approximately 90km from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and on to Handsacre in Staffordshire.
